Dr. Silke.com charges $4.50 for USPS First-Class mail for each order, regardless of the number of products you order. Most orders are shipped the same day from our office. Orders are not generally shipped on weekends or holidays
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase within seven (7) days of receipt of your order, you can return your product for a full refund, less a 20% restocking fee. We require that you return the item to us via insured airmail, together with the original packaging. Freight charges are not refundable.
